Sony has announced two new headphones, including a wireless model with the MDR-RF865RK and MDR-NC13

The MDR-RF865RK wireless headphone system offers a transmission range of up to 100m and is designed for watching TV, listening to the radio or playing video games without disturbing others and with no clutter from extra wires.
Inside the over-ear cups are 40mm drivers promising “smooth, rich audio with a deep bass response” and there’s a volume control on the side.
The MDR-RF865RK can recharge fully in 3.5hrs on its charging dock with a maximum of 25 hours uninterrupted listening time. The headphone also turns off automatically to save power when it’s placed back in its charging dock.
The MDR-NC13 in-ear noise cancelling headphones promise to reduce ambient noise by 87.4 per cent, powered by a single AAA battery which Sony says should give you a full 100 hours of listening time.
Both the MDR-RF865RK and MDR-NC13 will be available in April, but this being Sony there’s no word yet on price.
