Cable manufacturer IXOS has unveiled the Divo, a powered 2.1 sound system designed for TV, computer and iPod.
Fully ‘Made for iPod’, it can charge iPod or iPhone and auto syncs with your iTunes library but it also serves as a speaker upgrade for TV, computer or games console and will connect to any other music playing source via stereo phono or 3.5mm mini jack inputs.
Each of its twin speakers includes a brace of 50mm mid/bass drivers and a single 15mm tweeter, while the subwoofer features a 155mm woofer with ‘Acoustic Air Spring’ passive radiator. It promises a frequency response of 20Hz-20kHz and 48 watts RMS total power output.
Available now, the IXOS Divo costs £230.
