Harman Kardon have announced that they are to release a new power amplifier the HK990 and its next generation CD player, the HD990.
Harman have been making high-end audio for over 50 years, so it’s no surprise that the HK990 and HD990 combine cutting-edge design and superior functionality.
The HD990 CD player is optimised for precision playback, boasting an array of advanced technologies to provide a richly detailed sound. Its built-in digital processor ensures that there is no distortion and its Real Time Linear Smoothing helps cancel out CD jittering.
The HK990, Harman Kardon’s most powerful amplifier to date, is the heart of a home entertainment system and will drive the most demanding loudspeakers without any difficulty. The amplifier’s power is highly refined, achieved through its EzSet/EQ room optimisation – a new feature which produces extraordinary realism, while vastly simplifying installation. Combined with a choice of discrete optical and digital inputs, as well as fourth generation Real Time Linear Smoothing, the HK990 delivers a truly enhanced sound experience.
