With only 11 days to go, this years Bristol Show is set to be the best yet with Eclipse having a global launch of the TD712z MK2 Speakers at the show.
The Eclipse Global Launch Of TD712zMK2 Speakers replaces the original speakers which first appeared in 2004. A three year research programme into the fundamentals of loudspeaker design, materials and technology, has allowed Fujitsu-Ten to markedly upgrade the performance of the TD712z, with the new MK2 version.

Not everyone knows, that the high-end speaker specialist Eclipse TD is actually the “Formula 1” division of the huge Fujitsu-Ten audio group, which gives Eclipse access to the multi-billion yen R&D facilities, materials technology and engineering resources of Toyota and Fujitsu. No other speaker company in the world, even the most famous ones, can call on these level of expertise. Like race cars, speakers can be tuned and improved over time and the Eclipse design team have spent the last three years doing exactly that.
The Eclipse TD712zMK2 are £5000.00 a pair and are designed to offer more powerful motor system for the drive unit and to deliver only the signal from the drive unit, with the cabinet itself adding nothing. The speakers are constructed from steel, zinc, aluminium and composite and weigh a massive 25 kilos each!
