Runco announced the upcoming release of 6 new high end plasma flat panel displays. Runco’s new SP-42, SP-42DHD, SP-50, SP-50DHD, SP-60, and SP-60DHD join the company’s high-performance PlasmaWall and CinemaWall line-ups.
Ranging from the 42-inch PlasmaWall SP-42DHD to the 60-inch CinemaWall SP-60, the new displays are now available in Europe though maybe not all at once. They’re all HD Ready and boast resolutions that range from 1,024×768 to 1,365×768.
Joining the company’s highly-acclaimed PlasmaWall family, the new SP-42DHD, SP-50DHD and SP-60DHD feature the latest generation of Runco’s DHD Digital High Definition Video Controller/Processor with advanced Vivix II processing external modular controller. Proprietary Vivix II processing reproduces stunning video imagery which not only improves high definition material, but elevates standard NTSC material (such as cable or satellite) to near HD quality, preserves a pure digital signal path from input to output, and provides greater flexibility in installation and integration with rack placement.
The three CinemaWall SP-42, SP-50 and SP-60 aren’t equipped with an external processor but are equipped with the Vivix II and with the latest generation of Runco’s plasma technology. Like Runco’s award-winning projectors and always ensuring the highest caliber of imagery and industry video standards, Runco’s new plasmas achieve ISF (Imaging Science Foundation) certification for day and night settings.
Here are a couple of prices for two models:
- SP-60 : 11,995$
- SP-60HD : 14,995$.
