The « satisfied or your money back » guarantee allows the consumer to take his time trying out the device for a period of 15 days in his own environment (his own amp, his own DVD, in his own living room, without the pressure of a salesman over his shoulder) … If he finds the pack satisfactory, he then keeps it on very favourable terms given the removal of intermediaries’ mark-ups. If the consumer is not satisfied with the pack, he is fully reimbursed,* see purchase conditions.

The on-line purchasing system, beginning in September, will allow a wide variety of payment methods thanks to a security system guaranteed by the biggest financial and technical contractors: secured transactions with SSL-ATOS, payment insurance with FIANET, interest / credit -free scheduled payments (3 monthly instalments) or credit with 10 monthly instalments with SOFINCO, various advantages for COFINOGA card holders.
