The ‘S1’ will have a 9.4n screen, and the ‘S2’ will feature an fold-out design with two 5.5in screens.
Both tablets will include Wi-Fi as well as phone network connection and will also have Sony’s Qriocity music and video store on board as well as Sony’s Reader Store for eBooks.
Sony’s PlayStation Suite will also offer access to first generation PlayStation games and both devices will also be able to act as full-function remote controls for various home cinema devices using DLNA ‘plug and play’ functionality.
There’s no word yet on prices, but both devices are due for release in the autumn.
