Innovative British manufacturer Orbitsound has followed its T3 loudspeaker accessory for portable music players with the T12 v2 soundbar and the T4 Radiopod internet radio/iPod dock.
The T12 v2, not surprisingly, is an augmented version of the company’s original soundbar which Orbitsound says is now easier to install and includes improved video output capability. The new version includes digital and coaxial inputs for connection to your TV, as well as RCA and 3.5mm connections. It’s fully ‘Made for iPod’ and the iPhone, with an iPod dock and a subwoofer with 6in driver included.
Also announced is the T4 Radiopod which also carries the ‘Made for iPod’ logo and includes a dock with the ability to control your iPod or iPhone via its remote control. It also has access to internet radio via 802.11g Wi-Fi connection, as well as DAB, DAB+ and FM. The mains-driven device also includes a clock with alarm and snooze functions.
Both the T12 v2 and the T4 Radiopod are coming this month, the former for £300, the latter for £180.
