Sony were the first to kick off the trade event and as their stand was one of the biggest a number of new products were announced as well as of course 3D technology for the home.

Sony launched a new marketing campaign named Make.Believe and will focus on the home and to make Sony almost your one stop solution.

Hosted by Sir Howard Stringer and discussing the economy and how business has changed Sir Howard went on to mention a number of key changes at Sony and of course new products.

The main focus for Sony this year was 3D and their new prototype TV with built in internet.

Panasonic had another large stand and the main focus for this year was the film Avitar. Cinenow got to see a sneak peek at the 3D extravaganza and we were impressed by how much better it looked with the 3D glasses on and in HD then on the computer or TV.
