Asheridge Communications, who provide home and commercial AV solutions, has introduced a new range of Purelink Modular HDMI Matrix Routers the MX-1800 and MX-3600.
HDMI Matrix Routers have had a very limited capacity with only a handful (including Purelink) being able to offer 8×8 switching. Now Purelink’s new technology enables up to 36×36 matrix capability.
This new modular device still maintains all the benefits of a fixed input matrix, due to the high quality components used. The speed of changing sources remains a key feature with the MX-1800 and MX-3600 retaining handshake information from all screens and HDMI devices in order to provide the fastest possible switching time, and minimise blue screens during the handshake process. The Matrix retains RS232 and LAN control for maximum options and flexibility of control.
Purelink MX-1800/3600 HDMI Matrix is incredibly cost effective. When compared to comparative modular systems, the Purelink matrix costs between £5,000 – £10,000 less per loaded unit.
