JVC LT-WX70 42 inch LCD: In Video

17 mars 2009

JVC LT-42WX70 will be launched in April and moves on from their Super Slim range.

Filmed at this years Bristol Show 2009, Cinenow got the first look at this great new screen from JVC.

JVC believe the WX70 will be perfect for the high-end digital SLR camera user, with a DynaPix HD engine giving accurate colour reproduction, and a wider colour gamut than most. This means it displays more colours achieving 100 per cent sRGB and HDTV, and 96 per cent Adobe RGB colour spaces, JVC say you will get perfect colour consistency between camera and screen, so the image you capture will be what you see on your TV. And if you like your gaming it even has a gaming mode for quicker response time.

The WX70 can be used as a monitor as well as a TV and is only 43mm through out. The TV features a stylish black leather-like texture on its slim bezel that also helps to reduce unnecessary glaring. The flat rear panel is finished in a metallic silver that give it a nice clean finish. The stand features a 3-step height adjustment to further help with installation possibilities and the TV can also be easily removed from the stand for installation on a ceiling or wall. In addition, the monitor comes equipped with a slim detachable stereo speaker that runs along the bottom of the panel.

From March you will be able to mix and match telly, speaker bar and tuner. Later in the year there’ll be a tuner with a hard-disk drive, and a tuner with a DVD player.
