Beautiful French ladies on a mega screen !

For the French musical comedy les Demoiselles de Rochefort that was recently inaugurated at the fabulous Palais des Congrès, one of the largest Stages in the heart of Paris with 3700 seats, the manufacturer Oray has realized another exploit by equipping the theatre with a gigantic screen 66 feet long and 40 feet high !

We were there to experience this major event live. As you can (try to !) imagine from the exclusive pictures below, the use of this screen was fully integrated into the “show” and was one of the major attractions from our point of view.

Here are some of the technical details (just in case you want one for your Home Cinema System !) :
-Carbon fiber tube with a 5 foot diameter to roll-up the screen
-Specially designed white PVC mat anti-fire M1 screen
-Aluminium frame
-Two motors created by the manufacturer SOMFY
