B&W Factory Visit

20 novembre 2003

Private Tour inside Bowers & Wilkins

In the south of England near Brighton (and the beaches !), we had the privilege to visit one of the largest High Fidelity speaker factories in the world. Founded in the 1966, today Bowers & Wilkins has global sales of over 132 Million Euros worldwide, of which 45% are in Europe and 35% in North America.

We have the pleasure of bringing you a close-up guided tour of the extensive factory in Worthing, where we were able to see first hand the showrooms, testing center and complete production facilities of the B&W product line including the Nautilus 800, Series 700, CM… You will get an inside look at the group's true "nerve center" as the sales, marketing, new product development, quality control and inventory management operations for B&W as well as Rotel and Classé are all centralized in these extensive premises. In this factory alone over 1 million speakers are produced every year !
