THX

Trailers...

As you have probably noticed we removed from the site all of the THX trailers. This was done in collaboration with THX, with whom we are in direct contact. This procedure was not in any way directed only at our site, but rather a universal request on their part following the recent change in their capital structure. They are now reviewing the overall legal aspects of the use of the trailers. We at CineNow! are working directly with THX to develop a professional strategy that will enable you, their fans, to have under the best "legal" conditions access to the existing trailers (and those new ones in the works!). We will be the first to know what they decide, so keep posted here for upcoming developments. Perhaps you would like to make a more formal announcement here as a warning to all sites that have these trailers on line, as we have a broad audience as I mentioned above & this will get the word out that you want this done "your way"…

To all sites using THX material

Any use of THX materials is subject to copyright laws and any use without the full written concent of THX is subject to sanctions and penalities. There has been ongoing illicit use on the Internet of THX materials including, in particular, the trailers designed and developed by THX. As you are aware, THX has recently made significant changes in its capital structure. We are currently reviewing with our legal council the global strategy we will develop with selected professional partners to use these materials in a mutually acceptable manner. What may have been tolorated in the past is not to be contrued as a waiver of any rights by THX, all of which are expressly reserved. All sites that have available THX material and that do not have recent offical written authorizations, are hereby requested to remove this material immediately from their site and to contact us directly at the address below. We are asking several select professional sites to relay this message, and appreciate thier collaboration in the interests of all. In addition to information on the official THX site, we will be using these same professional channels to inform our present and future clients of all future developments.
