German manufacturer Teufel has added a new 5.1 surround speaker package to its line-up with the Columa 200.

The four identical column speakers each include a pair of 7cm midrange drivers and a 19mm fabric-dome tweeter. The centre speaker has the same configuration, while the 150-watt active subwoofer uses a 25cm Klippel bass driver.
Teufel says the system is designed to work with any 5.1 multichannel receiver in rooms up to 30 square metres.
The Teufel Columa 200 package is available now in a walnut veneer finish from the Teufel website for £479 and as usual, it includes a 12-year guarantee and the right to return the speakers within eight weeks.
