Pioneer’s budget headphones

Pioneer has announced three new sets of in-ear headphones: the SE-CL34, SE-CL521 and SE-CL531.

All three models are designed to be lightweight and feature a bullet-type ear chip to ensure excellent noise-isolation. Each design also comes with three sizes of soft, ergonomic tips, so you can choose the perfect size for your ears to guarantee a secure fit.

Each headphone incorporates 9mm drivers that deliver a playback frequency ranging from 10Hz-22kHz with an impedance of 16 ohms. They also have a gold-plated 3.5mm stereo mini-plug to ensure excellent electrical contact and audio transmission.

The SE-CL521 and SE-CL531 headphones have a 1.2 m long cord with cord adjuster. The SE-CL34 cord is 1.1 long.

SE-CL34 (£30) – Lightweight with an elegantly rounded shape, they’re available in bright red, blue or white matt finish.

SE-CL521 (£30) – The round plate on outer shell is intended for those who prefer a more classic design. Available in white, red, dark blue or black, they also offer noise cancellation.

SE-CL531 (£40) – Featuring a specially designed ear holder to keep them in place and a 9mm speaker unit to generate powerful bass, these are available in red or black.
