US-based media server specialist Mozaex is bringing its Blu-ray based systems to the UK via distributor Invision.
The company showed off its new line at ISE last month, including its latest three player/server systems with up to 30 Blu-ray playback zones based on individual players and a centralized storage server. Also heading Blighty-ward will be its all-in-one systems which feature a single, fully integrated unit with one or several players and an integrated storage server. The Solo Series for instance includes both a Blu-ray player and storage, while the Bravo and Quartet are four music player-based servers which come with and without an integrated Blu-ray player, respectively.
Mozaex CEO Douglas Kihm, said: “Invision is the perfect match to distribute our Blu-ray entertainment server product line. While other distributors are focused on high-volume, low-end products with low margins, Invision has proved that they know how to serve the middle to high-end custom home electronics dealer better than any other UK distributor.
Prices haven ’t been announced yet, but if the US is any guide, the all-in-one 1TB Solo 1 has an recommended dealer price of $4,195.
