High-end style merchant Loewe has announced an upgrade to its BluTech Vision Blu-ray player, the BluTech Vision Interactive.
The Interactive bit of course refers to it now being Profile 2.0 and therefore BD-Live capable, so it can access the internet for additional Blu-ray material. It connects to the web via Ethernet cable and comes with a hefty 1GB of memory on board.

Disc loading time is now claimed to be an impressively speedy 14 seconds and there’s no ventilation grille, which apparently offers the benefit of quieter running.
It’s designed to be used with Loewe TVs, unsurprisingly, and comes with an ergonomically designed Assist remote control that can also control other Loewe products around your home. It also has an integrated Digital Link HD, so it can be controlled even when it’s out of sight.
The Loewe BluTech is available now in chrome silver or black from those new Loewe Galerie shops that have been popping up around the country, for £695.
