Integrated Systems Russia will be held in conjunction with MidExpo’s successful Hi-Tech House and Building Exhibition and will take place at the Gostiny Dvor. Showcasing the latest in AV and Systems Integration technologies with international companies from around the World, Integrated Systems Russia will extend the experience of IS Europe to the rapidly growing Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) market.
These two powerful organisations, backed by the three sponsoring associations; CEDIA®, InfoComm International® and NCSA® will be able leverage their vast experience and knowledge to produce a dynamic and vibrant show in this emerging country. Integrated Systems Events is rapidly expanding its market each year, producing highly successful shows in Europe, Asia and Eastern Europe. With the launch of ISR to the highly lucrative CIS region, these worldwide events all deliver the opportunity to connect international exhibitors and visitors to the regional markets.
MidExpo is a major exhibition organiser in this region and also operates on the global platform, producing a series of successful shows in the Home Theatre, Digital Technologies and Building Management markets.
The first edition of ISR will be held alongside the influential HI-TECH HOUSE & Building – International Exhibition and Congress. Benefiting from co-location and co-promotion, will not only attract buyers seeking Intelligent Technologies and equipment for building automation and management, but also, with the launch of ISR, open up a series of new ideas and opportunities on the expanding Audio Visual and Electronic Systems Integration market.
As Russia’s economy continues to grow and prosper, the level of sophistication in business communications and home lifestyle technologies has also risen correspondingly. All major organizations within the major states of the CIS are demanding the latest technologies such as fully integrated offices, intelligent buildings technologies, integrated control systems and distributed audio visual systems for effective communication. There is a vast untapped home market in Russia ready to adopt and embrace the latest Home Cinema and AV solutions.
Building on the successful format of ISE, Integrated Systems Russia will include a comprehensive programme of Workshops, Seminars, Round Table Discussions and Company presentations. Aimed at Custom Installers, Dealers, Resellers and influential buyers, the educational programme will not only inform, but also influence and inspire the key decision makers. With strong support from the three sponsoring associations ISR will offer strong education benefits for the existing and new members from the CIS Countries.
Attendees are expected to convene from across the vast CIS region. Selective databases will attract institutional buyers of professional audiovisual systems and electronic solutions. Other targeted professionals from the commercial and residential sectors include: systems integrators, installers, dealers, architects, constructors, technical managers, engineers, contractors, and business owners.
MidExpo’s General Director Irina Nedumova welcomed the new cooperation, adding “Whilst MidExpo has run many successful Exhibitions and Conferences in the CIS Region, including Hi-Tech House and Building, we have sought a strong partner to build a successful Systems Integration event here in Moscow. ISE and its owners CEDIA, InfoComm International and NSCA, provided a perfect match with its successful track record in this sector”. “We look forward to what will be another success in this series of events”.
Mike Blackman, ISE Managing Director commented “Demand from many of our existing international exhibitors, as well as attendees from the CIS Region, had driven us over a long period of time to explore this emerging market and potential partners.” He added, “Some of our existing customers already participate at Hi-Tech House and Building and we feel that Integrated Systems Russia augments this event very well and provides a good opportunity to produce a much larger event and assist AV and Systems Integration solution providers with reaching this growing market”.
Speaking on behalf of all three sponsoring associations Dr. Randal A. Lemke, Ph.D., Executive Director of InfoComm International and Vice Chair of ISE added, “Our associations are committed to offering the best in training and industry opportunities in AV and Systems Integration. Extending this commitment to the CIS Region only re-enforces what we are already doing in the rest of Europe and other parts of the world. We are pleased to be involved with MidExpo in this new venture.” He also added, “The support we have had from exhibitors and members has been a critical factor in making ISE so successful. Although many attendees from the CIS countries attend the Amsterdam event, travel restrictions and cost prevent many buyers from this emerging region from attending. Therefore, we decided to bring the show to them.”
With economic growth averaging more than 6.5 percent and enormous foreign reserves, there is great potential for the AV & Electronic Systems industry in Russia.
