The organisers of ISE 2007 have announced that the show dates for the 2007 edition in Amsterdam have been moved back a week. ISE 2007 will now be held on Tuesday 30th January – Thursday 1st February 2007.
The show will still take place at the Amsterdam RAI. It was becoming clear that an increasing number of exhibitors were having difficulties with the set dates because of other international events, particularly some in the United States.
Exhibitor feedback, following research, was the major contributing factor, which influenced the ISE organisers to make this change. Mike Blackman, Managing Director ISE 2007 explains: “One of the key reasons why ISE has grown so rapidly over the last 4 years to become Europe’s largest trade show in this sector is through the total support and dedication of our Exhibitors and Sponsors. For commercial and logistical reasons, many of them were uncomfortable with the existing dates set and asked us investigate moving back to the original pattern of the last week of January/ first days of February. This was particularly so with many exhibitors who were finding it difficult to organise shipping and transportation of key equipment on the original show dates set. We value the significant contributions and support that we receive from our exhibitors. Indeed it is they who have helped make the show become Europe’s No 1 event and as a result we have taken the decision to meet their requirements by moving the show dates back by one week.”
An intensive communications programme has now been implemented to inform Exhibitors, Sponsors and Visitors of the new dates.
