Denon’s latest hi-fi mini system includes CD player, FM/DAB/DAB+ tuner and a USB connection for iPod and other compressed audio sources.
The compact D-F107DAB+ system measures 25×25cm and is capable of pumping out 2x 65 watts of power. The CD player uses a high precision 24-bit 192kHz DAC and plays CD-R and CD-RW discs with support for MP3 and WMA formats.
The front-mounted USB port can be used for connecting iPod or for directly playing music from USB storage devices and there’s a 3.5mm jack plug for connecting other MP3 players.
The two-line display on the front displays tracks, radio stations, radio info via RDS and Radio TEXT as well as the time, and there’s a remote control too.
The system includes a brace of Denon’s own two-way speakers, each of which feature a 14cm cone mid-bass driver and 2.5cm tweeter.
The Denon D-F107DAB+ is available now for £599 or without the speakers for £449.
