High-end German brand IMAGE is coming to the UK with three ranges of luxury projector screens.
The IMasque is a fixed velvet-framed screen with motorised horizontal and vertical masking panels designed to accommodate any and all aspect ratios up to 21:9 for standard and anamorphic lens projectors. It has an RF remote control as standard and there are options for LAN and RS232 interfaces too.
IMAGE claims the IMasque CI range “is the ultimate in-wall home cinema screen”. It has no frame and is designed to be custom installed within a wall, with either two-way or four-way electrical screen masking to accommodate a variety of aspect ratios.
The Cadre No1 (pictured) meanwhile, is a curved fixed screen designed specifically for anamorphic projectors. It’s handmade on request and available in 16:9 or 21:9 aspect ratios.
The screens are made from a variety of materials including the “Nivo Black” fabric, which promises optimum contrast and colour geometry.
The IMasque is available now with prices starting at around £7,500.
