Cambridge Audio have launched a new and improved version of their Azur Hi-Fi range. The first Azur hi-fi range was way back in 2003, A combination of exquisite performance, superb build quality and incredible value ensured the original range was lauded with praise from the world’s most respected critics.

Now there’s a brand-new Azur range with the 550 and 650 amplifiers and CD players. CineNow filmed the exclusive launch of the new Azur range which can be viewed below.

The new Azur range is designed from the ground up at Cambridge Audio’s London-based research and development facility, Matthew Bramble said “the new Azur range adhere to our legendary combination of outstanding performance, innovative design, meticulous construction and immense value for money”.

Built from the ground up with new casework for both amp and CD player, new displays and controls, and thicker brushed aluminium front panel. The Azur products even comes with a in house built remote.

The new Azur range comes with an energy rating approval from Energy Star due to each component’s power consumption of less than one watt whilst in standby mode.

Supplied with a new in house built remote you can controll the Azur amplifiers and iPods dock.

The new Azur range consist of two new integrated amplifiers the 550A at £200 and the £350 650A. The two new new CD players are the 550C retailing for £280 and £330 650C.

The new Azur 550T & 650T DAB+/FM/AM tuner will be available latter this year.
