Panasonics LCD LZ80 Series

19 décembre 2008

Panasonic are well respected for their great LCD screens and it comes as no surprise that they have improved on their earlier models with the LZ80 range. Through the latest LZ80 series, Panasonic is bringing its first full high-definition-capable models into the Malaysian market that are set to enthral consumers.

The LZ80 series also features a high contrast ratio of 10,000:1 and V-real 3 technology to deliver deeper hues of black. The Intelligent Scene Controller circuitry detects input signal brightness level and adjusts the backlight and contrast gamma settings in real time.

“Panasonic not only concentrates on impressive picture quality, but we are also concerned with convenience and ease of use for consumers. This range of Viera concentrates on smart networking through Viera Link,” says Tony Endoh, managing director of Panasonic Malaysia.

Viera Link allows interlinked operation of various Panasonic devices using only the Viera remote control, by simply connecting the devices to each other with an HDMI cable. This networking setup allows easy handling of audio-visual devices, including Blu-ray disc players, Blu-ray disc home theatre sound systems, DVD recorders and HD camcorders.

The LZ80 series comes with two HDMI inputs. Apart from the HDMI interface, the series is equipped with a PC input terminal, making it suitable for use in business presentations, meetings and training programmes.

Two models under the LZ80 series are the TX-42LZ80MK, which features a 42-inch screen, and TX-37LZ80MK, which has a 37-inch panel onboard. Designed with care, the models are built to exude elegance and style.
