BOXEDUP Launches Campaign To Banish Rubbish Christmas Gifts!

28 novembre 2008

New company BOXEDUP has set out to banish rubbish Christmas gifts and have launched a new web site so we can all get the right gifts we want for xmas. So if you looking for that perfect LCD, Camera, Hi-Fi, DVD or Blu-ray player or anything else for that matter look no further!

With reports of over £1.2 billion pounds being wasted last year on 87.6 million unwanted Christmas gifts according to Oxfam, boxedup has the following advice for consumers: start making your present lists now, then ensure friends and family know all about them to avoid receiving gifts that are going to be stuffed in a drawer and forgotten about!

Chris Osborne co-founder and CEO of boxedup comments: “There are only so many deodorant gift sets, books and vouchers one person needs each year and almost all of us will get a present on Christmas day that we don’t really want. We have found that by listing exactly what you would like and making everyo4tgne aware of your wishes, you avoid the bitter disappointment of receiving pointless presents that you will end up flogging on eBay.”
