British based Hi-Fi and Home Cinema manufacture Naim Audio has launched it’s NaimNet music distribution system at CEDIA US.
NaimNet USA was created in 2008 for the sole purpose of bringing the NaimNet audiophile-grade custom installation product range to market in the US.
The NaimNet system is unique as it not only provides an unrivalled quality of music distribution throughout the home, but it is also compatible with lighting, heating and security systems all easily controlled from a range of touch panels and handsets.
NaimNet multi-room components offer total house Audio Video distribution and control without any performance compromise enabled by the advanced IP technologies used. The fully scalable NaimNet system is equally cost effective in small apartments or substantial mansions, it is StreamNet connected. There is no practical limit to the size of the system.
The system is Ethernet connected using a standard domestic PC network, NaimNet offers control using a wide range of convenient devices according to personal taste and requirements. NaimNet also facilitates whole house control of lights, AV, screens and blinds, heating, and security, as a result of easily configured interfaces to network-connected partner products.
For the music distribution Naim Servers store music with bit-for-bit accuracy. Every musical nuance is copied onto the hard drive without any compression for selection and playback at your convenience. Playback is bit-accurate. Uncompromised musical performance ensures that the Naim Music Server takes its rightful place among Naim source components delivering the finest music in the home.
