Arcam today Showcased the Arcam Solo range & FMJ Hi-fi.
On show at the launch event the Brand-new Arcam Solo Mini with Muso speakers the Brand-new Arcam FMJ A38 – P38 High-end Hi-fi and the new
Arcam Solo Movie 2.1.
Using sophisticated circuitry taken from higher priced Arcam components. The Solo systems use a Toroid based power supply offering a higher performance with engaging sound and breathtaking clarity.
The Solo Mini system features a discreet and effective slot-loading CD mechanism player,radio tuner (DAB/FM/AM)and iPod interface using the excellent Arcam rDock. This slick design offers a bridge between entry level music systems and separate Hi-Fi systems.
The Solo movie 2.1 offers a ‘lifestyle’ solution for music and movie lovers alike.Using a pair of full range speakers or a smaller pair of satellite speakers with an additional subwoofer you will obtain fantasitc imaging for both movies and music.The Solo Movie 2.1 incorporates a 1080i upscaling DVD drive,DAB/FM tuner and CD playback too. There are analogue and digital audio inputs and outputs, a pair of HDMI inputs and one output, and pre-outs for a pair of active speakers or a power amp and has a power rating of 50 wpc.
Launch price for the Arcam Solo Mini retails at £650 and the Solo Movie is launching at £1450.
