Now in its 5th Edition, Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) will be held again at the RAI in Amsterdam from the 29th to the 31st of January. Almost 50% bigger this year with 420,000 square feet of floorspace in seven halls, there promises to be lots of new things to see.
Considered as the No. 1 show for Professional AV and Electronic System Integrators, Mike Blackman, Managing Director, Integrated Systems Events, attributes these stunning figures to a number of factors. “We’ve had a number of key exhibitors ask for substantial increases in floorspace by comparison with 2007, including Sony, Mitsubishi, Extron, and Speakercraft,” he says. “But we also have record numbers of new exhibitors, including such big names as Digital Projection, Cisco, and Harris.”
The 2008 Edition will showcase many new exhibitors from the field of commercial audio, including Harman Professional, Audica, RCF and Vieta Pro for the first time.
Also thriving is the Residential Solutions segment of ISE, with Naim Audio, Revox, DMi Europe and B&W among the manufacturers also making their show debut in 2008. “The European market for home theatre and automation is growing rapidly, and ISE is the one B2B event that really brings the worlds of custom installation and commercial AV together,” says Blackman.
