We’ve now just left the RAI Convention Center in Amsterdam (we learned from our very pleasant Dutch taxi driver IT’s the equivalent of 150 football fields, or, in simple terms, just HUGE !) where the exhibitors are feverishly working to finish their superb stands, and Integrated Systems Europe, ISE, will launch tomorrow at 10 AM the 4th edition of its Audio Video Showcase for professionals to exhibit their new products and know-how.
This year the exhibition covers over 28,000sqm, a 40% increase over last year, with 360 exhibitors on our map that, from what we have just seen in the set-up, have lots of new products to launch.
As ever, we’ll be bringing you our video clip presentations and interviews to offer you the best coverage of all to be seen.
In addition to the “SHOW” will be numerous workshops and training sessions and conference programmes for business, sales and technical professionals, with THX and ISF running qualifying training with examinations, while CEDIA® will be hosting a number of educational sessions throughout the show for the residential electronic systems professionals and custom installers, including IP for Integrators, an introduction to Residential Multiroom Audio and Making the move to residential custom integration. InfoComm International® will be launching its European Market Definition and Strategy Study. NSCA® will present educational workshops, aimed at those who require detailed technical information and best practice advice on managing a successful systems integration company. Key sessions include Sound Reinforcement Design and Sound System Gain Structure and Equilization.
