As you might’ve read in our recent review of the EP7150, we were wondering why it was HD Ready. Well that’s when Optoma released a highly competitive HD projector : the HD70.
It was specifically designed for High Definition Home Cinema viewing, features DLP technology by means of the Darkchip 2 and guarantees breathtaking images with a native resolution of 1280×720. To this you can add signals displayed up to 1080p thanks to its de-interlacer and upscaler. It’s also light (2.5kg) and dead quiet (26dB) for optimal comfort and use. Extra bonus, the 12Volt « trigger » that’ll allow you to control a screen for instance.
