This week we are delighted to bring you a new video "live" presentation of the very popular video projector from the French manufacturer Dreamvision : The Dreamweaver II.
Launched just recently, the Dreamweaver 2 inherits the Dreamweaver 1 gorgeous design and modern architecture. Pinault & Le Porcher designed casing is offered in three different finishes : white, aluminium and black.
The Dreamweaver 2 is equipped with the latest technologies from Texas Instruments and Faroudja. Designed especially for Home Theater, it uses a Matterhorn 16/9 DLP Chip with native 1024 x 576 resolution, along with a 6 segments, 5x speed color wheel. For scaling and video processing purposes, Dreamvision has selected Faroudja's latest DCDi+, the FLI2300.
On the technical site, the Dreamweaver II offers 1100 lumens luminosity with the 250 W lamp (2000h life, 3000h in eco mode), 1500:1 contrast ratio and a very low noise level of only 27 dB in standard use. Specific optical parts come from German's expert Carl Zeiss.

The Dreamweaver II is equipped with a very large selection of inputs, 8 to be precise : 1x Video (RCA connector), 2x Y/C (Mini DIN connector), 2x YUV (3x RCA connector), 1x DVI (1x DVI-D connector), 1x RGB (D5 connector), 1x VGA (DB15 connector). RS232 control (for integration with Crestron, AMX, ...) and 12V triggers are also available.
