Press release

Las Vegas, NV - CES 2004 - LVCC South 1&2, Booth #18841 - Clark Synthesis, the pioneers in Tactile Sound and Full Contact Audio?, announces a breakthrough in Aqua Sonic Technology. Unveiling the AQ339 portable underwater speaker, Clark Synthesis transforms an ordinary day at the pool into extraordinary by delivering powerful sound that can be enjoyed in or out of the water.

The Clark Synthesisí AQ339 transmits sound above and below the waterline, for musical accompaniment while exercising, entertaining, or just lounging by the pool. While other underwater speaker models transmit sound underwater, they cannot be heard above the water. AQ339 utilizes a floating dual-dome design, specialized mounting hardware, waterproof connectors, and a Cevian polyalloy dome to create for a transducer capable of exceptional sound quality.

Achieving impressive sound, while remaining otherwise unobtrusive to activities, the transducer measures only 11-inches in diameter and 8-inches high. Easily affixed by a tether, your favorite tunes can be toted to any pool where an amplification source is accessible. Connected by a 25-foot long EnduroflexÆ underwater cable the AQ339 transducer is positioned 4-inches above and below the waterline. Convenient and portable, the unit is perfect for use in home pools, recreational centers, hotels, and lap pools and has been extensively tested for protection against water damage, electrical shock and corrosion.

Clark Synthesisí Tactile Sound Technology has enhanced underwater sound to benefit synchronized swim teams, swim-in-place exercise pools, marine biology studies, diver communications for the Navy, and even to train the Orcas at SeaWorld Adventure Park! Other noted applications include the Cirque du Soleil 'O' show at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs and within major luxury resorts.

MSRP of the AQ339 is $599.99/each and will be available late February 2004.
