New Products!

For the occasion of de SATIS 2002 from 22 to 24 October 2002 at Paris Expo, Sanyo Multimedia (stand E13) unveiled some new LCD projectors destined to the domestic and professional display markets.

A press presentation was hosted by Mr. Jan JAHN, Deputy General Manager of SANYO FISCHER VERTRIEBS GmbH .

The company presented:

TheHome Cinema Range: two new products dedicated to Home Cinema

- The PLV-Z1: 700 ANSI lumens, true 16:9 format, with 800:1 contrast ratio, 3.4 kg, 2,290 euros. The PLV-Z1 will see performance levels increased even further before its release in November, with noise levels reduced from 30 to 28 dBA.
- The PLV-70: 2200 ANSI lumens; true 16:9 format; 900:1 contrast ratio; 7.9 kg; 8,500 euros

Ultraportable Range:
- Portable Office Projectors: PLC-SU 32, PLC-SU 33, PLC-XU 32, PLC-XU 33, PLC-XU 37 and PLC-XU 38 (new) : 1,700 lumens to 2000 ANSI lumens; light weight (4,2 kg); they may, according to the model, work in a network situation (wireless LAN - in option) and Compact Flash Card (optional)

Portables:
- The PLC-XP 41 and PLC-XP 46: 3300 to 4100 ANSI lumens; 500:1 and 800:1 contrast ratios; can be controlled via network (PJ Net - optional)

Table Top Range:
- The PLC-XT 10 and PLC-XT 15 (new) : 2300 and 3000 ANSI lumens; 500:1 and 800:1 contrast ratios

Fixed Installation Range:
- The PLC-XF 45 (new) : 10,000 ANSI lumens; 1100:1 contrast level for large scale presentations.
