The Tool “Par Excellence”

In the pack of tools made to assist in fine-tuning and adjustments, such as video essentials or Avia, there’s a new baby on the software market that we’ve named the Discwasher.

The result of a fruitful co-operation between an association of North American studios who had gathered together, for a disc publisher, this DVD boxed set (because it includes three discs) will allow the user, professional or Joe Public, to best configure their Home Cinema system.

Numerous adjustments are available, from the calibration of the phase levels, passing by the optimisation of contrast, colours, tints, etc.

Note that this DVD boxed set, which, for the moment, is only marketed in the USA (but is nonetheless already available via a certain number of e-retailers on the Net...), is sold at a price of US $29.90.

It includes an “adjustment” disc, a demonstration disc, as well as a DVD cleaner disc.
