Panorama projectors, plus new planning, installation and management software

Norwayʼs projectiondesign has unveiled the worldʼs first panoramic projector for professional use, the F35 panorama. Using its F35 DLP platform, the F35 panorama boasts an expansive 21:9 format, 2.7 megapixels (35% more than Full HD), and brightness of up to 7,000 ANSI lumens. It’s backed up by a 24/7 and intensive-use warranty for up to five years, as are all of projectiondesignʼs projectors.
Also new to the market is projectiondesignʼs brightest-ever model, the F85 3D three-chip DLP projector. The F85 boasts a brightness of up to 11,000 ANSI lumens and a contrast ratio of 14,000:1 for ultra-crisp detailed images. The model is available in WUXGA or 1080p resolution, and can optically switch between REC709 and DCI P7 colour spaces.
An additional arm of projectiondesign’s operation is its support offered to partners and end customers in the form of real-world management solutions. In 2013 projectiondesign will be launching ProNet.precision and ProNet.architect versions of its software suite. ProNet.architect is an advanced design and planning tool for complex projection systems, while ProNet.precision is a camera-based set-up and alignment system for use during installation and maintenance.
