LG has announced its latest home cinema system with the HX906TX.

The 9.1 speaker system promises “truly 360-degree sound” and uses a 3D sound analyser which uses a DSP algorithm to arrange the sound vertically and horizontally using 3D reflectors, extending sound upwards and filling in the gaps.
It can handle Dolby TrueHD/Dolby Digital Plus decoding, and features include Blu-ray playback, Wi-Fi Direct, DLNA, and Smart TV connectivity and smart phone control via a free app.
