French manufacturer Real Cable has announced a new “ultra-thin” 3D-capable HDMI cable, the HD-E-Nano.

Originally designed for mobile use due to its small size, Real Cable’s Nano technology packs all the latest HDMI capabilities into a cable that is considerably smaller than standard versions.
It uses deoxygenized copper conductors (OFC), double shielding for extra protection and gold contact connectors with silver soldering. It includes Ethernet, supports 3D video, audio return channel and 4kx2k picture resolution.
The Real Cable HD-E-Nano goes on sale this month with prices ranging from £25 for 0.5m to £50 for 3m lengths.
