TV wall mount brand Aavara has announced a new system for transmitting professional grade video via wireless connection.

Aimed at custom installers, the Aavara PB5000 system provides ultra high quality HDMI over IP video broadcasting for AV as well as digital signage applications.
It supports 1 to 1, 1 to many and multicast (multiple sources too many displays). Using a gigabit Ethernet network it can provide multicasting without the need for an expensive managed switch – all that is required is to set the dip-switch on each sender and receiver to the required channel.
