Sanus Systems’ new VMF220 wall mount received the Plus X Award in the two categories of Ease of Use and High Quality.
The company received the accolade at the awards event in Cologne, which celebrates Innovation, Design, Ease Of Use, Ergonomics and Ecology in consumer products. A total of 144 jurors from 32 countries checked more than 1,000 submitted products from the technology, sports and lifestyle arenas.
The VMF220 was the only TV wall mount to win and was commended for its ProSet feature, which allows six degrees of adjustment after it has been mounted, allowing easy tweaking by the user. Sanus’s FollowThru cable management system also came in for praise since it allows all cables to be routed discreetly through the arm and elbow of the mount.

Receiving the Award at the ceremony in Cologne, Cathrin Wegner, director of sales & marketing EMEA said “We’re thrilled to receive this award for the fifth consecutive year. The fact that the rating has been carried out with the needs of TV installers in mind is all the more important for us, since this confirms that our newly developed products meet or even exceed the demands of end users”.
