Yes, after all this, the Samsung UE55F8000 is also a TV, and an excellent one with an edge-lit LED display for a sharp and detailed Full HD 1080p image. Samsung’s “Intelligent Viewing” automatically optimises the picture based on its content type or source. Sharpness remains intact even during action scenes, thanks to a combination of the screen’s native 200Hz system and a much-improved motion processing engine.
The “Twin Tuner” TV technology also allows you to watch one channel on your TV while somebody else watches another on a different device, or record any programme you want. Brilliant!

And for an even more refined viewing experience, features like “Micro Dimming Ultimate” and “Clear Motion Rate” are designed to keep images looking brilliant. There are multiple menus to refine even further the image calibration. Image clarity is improved with “Wide Colour Enhancer Plus” and enjoy streaming videos in high-quality with “Web Clear View”.
Finally, another “brainy” feature is that the Samsung Smart TV is an Evolutionary TV, where the “Smart Evolution” feature will keep it up-to-date, therefore extending its life at a high performance level.
